HYROX PFT

Join our gym group games fundraiser in support of NHS Charities Together. This is your chance to have a trial run at Hyrox, you will complete all 8 x 1k runs on a treadmill and all 8 functional stations in the exact order. You can book in as a solo or as a double where you share the functional station work between you. You can also sign up for a half Hyrox where you complete 500m runs instead of 1k runs. Speak to a member of the team for more info. To enter you’ll need to donate £10 on the day.

Hyrox Simulation

HYROX has carefully selected 8 functional movement exercises in combination with running that will work every part of the body and your different energy systems. Although HYROX races are always comprised of these same exercises, the HYROX training methodology will introduce various bodyweight and equipment exercises that will prepare you for your HYROX and will ensure a varied, dynamic and safe training routine.

HYROX

Fire up your body in this total-body circuits class. Combine strength, cardio and functional movements as you move through a circuit of high-intensity exercises. Short rest periods allow you to quickly catch your breath before we go again. This is a simple, effective workout that will build up your exercise library and enable you to challenge yourself from week to week. 

Circuits

A total body workout that combines the 7 key functional movements of squat, lunge, push, pull, hinge, twist and walk/run. You will train your muscles to work together and improve their ability to perform daily tasks. Using a mixture of bodyweight and weighted exercises, this is a low-impact class improving your overall strength, balance and mobility.

Whether you are just starting your running journey or you are already clocking up the miles, our run club offers a supportive environment for all fitness levels. Our fitness team will plan and lead you through various different run routes and 

Run Club

"Meet some other members and have fun in this energetic boxing class for all 
abilities. We will get you working in pairs, practicing the right technique, 
alternating between pad work, bags and cardio exercises so you can let off 
some steam and leave with a big rush of endorphins. Get ready to push 
yourself and push each other to a fun soundtrack. "


Rumble 

"Get ready to PUMP to the beat in this fun class for all abilities. Focus on the 
soundtrack, while you complete high energy, compound strength exercises such as 
cleans, squats and press. Start light and build up the weight from class to class to 
keep progressing. A great way to burn calories and tone muscles at the same time. "


Pump

Release some stress and have some fun in this energetic class built around the training methods used by boxers. This is a total-body workout, great for burning calories as well as building up your stamina and core strength. You will combine cardio and functional exercises whilst learning different boxing combinations, improving your confidence and co-ordination. With lots of paired exercises, this can be a great class to meet some fellow gym goers. 

Fit Box

"This stretch and agility class is dedicated to improving your range of movement 
in key areas such as your shoulders, lower back and hips, developing your 
core strength, balance and control. Complimenting your overall fitness routine, 
this class has been designed to help you prevent injuries and hit that extra 
10% in the gym, improving your range of motion for lifting or sport. "


Prehab

"Get ready to BURN and get results quick with our high intensity interval 
training designed to burn at least 400 calories every class. Increase your 
cardiovascular threshold and muscular endurance while moving through 
cardio, strength and functional exercises. This is a full body workout that will 
push your limits and leave you feeling energised!

Working through a sequence of postures - or asanas - you'll improve your flexibility, build muscle strength and ease tension. As always, let your breath fuel every move. Ready, steady, sweat! Take your cardio fitness to another level with this full-on, high-energy, don't-stop-till-you-get-enough workout. This dynamic mix of 'robic routines and intense cardio exercises is designed to eat up the calories, burn off the fat and leave you feeling PUMPED. But be warned, you might need to wring your top out after.
