The HYROX Physical Fitness Test (P’F”T) has been specifically designed to give you the perfect introduction into your new sport, whilst also giving you an insight into your HYROX fitness level. To enter you’ll need to donate £5 on the day.

HYROX has carefully selected 8 functional movement exercises in combination with running that will work every part of the body and your different energy systems. Although HYROX races are always comprised of these same exercises, the HYROX training methodology will introduce various bodyweight and equipment exercises that will prepare you for your HYROX and will ensure a varied, dynamic and safe training routine.

This class seamlessly blends elements of cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises to provide a well-rounded and efficient workout. SGT-Flexibility and Mobility

Release some stress and have some fun in this energetic class built around the training methods used by boxers. This is a total-body workout, great for burning calories as well as building up your stamina and core strength. You will combine cardio and functional exercises whilst learning different boxing combinations, improving your confidence and co-ordination. With lots of paired exercises, this can be a great class to meet some fellow gym goers.

Our Kettlebell small group training (SGT) session is designed to maximise the unique benefits of kettlebell exercises, promoting overall strength, flexibility, and functional movement. Engage in a series of dynamic movements, including kettlebell swings, goblet squats and kettlebell presses, each chosen for its ability to enhance stability, mobility, and full-body coordination.

This small group training (SGT) session will educate you on the benefits of Hiit Training whilst utilising some of our Hiit Kit.  You will use a variety of kit including rowers, battleropes, slam balls and kettlebells.  Your training element will focus on intervals on the a variety of kit that target cardiovascular improvements and high calorie burn. The strategic combination of this type  of equipment ensures a full-body workout that promotes endurance, strength, and stamina.
