Sweat 45 is an intense and dynamic 45-minute workout designed to elevate your heart rate, burn calories, and sculpt your body. This high-energy class combines cardiovascular exercises, bodyweight exercises and core work to deliver a comprehensive and efficient full-body workout. Sweat 45

A strong core is not just about getting that six-pack of your dreams, it is the foundation for good posture, stability and balance and will help you improve your performance across a range of exercises and sports.  This is an efficient and effective exercise class, providing an intense workout to your abs and lower-back muscles. There is no time to rest as we work your core from multiple angles, building up to that awesome abs burn. You'll work muscles you never knew you had! 

Abs Blast 

Strength Express is a focused 30-minute class dedicated to building muscle and increasing overall strength in less time. Through a combination of targeted resistance training and functional movements, this class challenges and strengthens every major muscle group. Expect a purposeful and efficient workout designed to enhance your muscular endurance and promote overall fitness.

Strength Express

Release some stress and have some fun in this energetic class built around the training methods used by boxers. This is a total-body workout, great for burning calories as well as building up your stamina and core strength. You will combine cardio and functional exercises whilst learning different boxing combinations, improving your confidence and co-ordination. With lots of paired exercises, this can be a great class to meet some fellow gym goers. 

Fit Box

In our glute-focused small group training (SGT) session, you will execute a dynamic lineup of key exercises including the Glute Bridge, Hip Thrust, Goblet Squat, Romanian Deadlift, and Reverse Lunge. These targeted movements are designed to activate your glutes from all angles, enhancing both strength and definition. Led by our expert trainer, you will receive guidance and form corrections to ensure proper execution and maximum results.

SGT - Glutes

Alternating between fast-paced cardio and then strength exercises, this military-style interval workout is tough, but great fun too. Feel the energy in the room as you all push forward together towards the finish line. The combination of upper and lower body exercises, strength and cardio, will send your heart rate sky-high so you burn through calories. This class will help everyone improve their fitness levels, no matter their starting point or destination. 

Bootcamp

Wouldn't it be great if you could just click your fingers and 'hey presto!' - you've the leaner legs, toned tummy and the pert bum you've always dreamed about. Unfortunately, nothing's ever that easy, but this class is a great place to start! Get ready to squat, lunge, crunch and lift as you burn some calories and tone the key areas of your lower body.

Legs, Bums & Tums

This class will improve your upper body strength and knowledge. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or expert, all fitness levels are welcome. Chest, back, shoulders and arms will all be targeted in this class, helping you develop a strong upper body and good posture. You will learn new exercises that you can introduce in your own workouts as well as practicing the correct technique so you stay safe and get the most from your training.

Upper Body Blast 

Dumbbell exercises are the foundation of many great strength programmes.  This small group training (SGT) session will showcase the versatility of dumbbells in allowing you to target various muscle groups through a range of movements.  Our trainer will coach you through a dumbbell workout in our freeweights area to highlight how adaptable they are for your fitness needs.

Fire up your body in this total-body circuits class. Combine strength, cardio and functional movements as you move through a circuit of high-intensity exercises. Short rest periods allow you to quickly catch your breath before we go again. This is a simple, effective workout that will build up your exercise library and enable you to challenge yourself from week to week.

This class blends stretching, strengthening postures, mobility and breathwork to help reduce stress, decrease injury and improve your flexibility.

Flexi-stretch

This small group training (SGT) is designed for beginners eager to master the fundamentals of lifting. Learn the essentials of strength training, with a focus on exercises like the bench press, rows, squats and more. Receive personalied guidance on form, technique, and the principles behind effective lifting. This session is the perfect starting point for building confidence and competence in navigating freeweights.

Hybrid 45 offers the best of both worlds in a power-packed 45-minute session. This class seamlessly blends elements of cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises to provide a well-rounded and efficient workout. Experience a diverse range of movements that will elevate your heart rate, build strength, and enhance overall fitness in this dynamic class.

your legs, core and mighty ‘gluteus maximus’. Incorporating a broad range of 
compound and isolation movements that help you build up your exercise library 
and confidence using weights. Our instructors will help you get those muscles 
fired up, leaving you with that awesome post work-out feeling! Build this class 
into your regular workout plan and start to see the results in those body parts we 
love so much!
