Join our gym group games fundraiser in support of NHS Charities Together. This is your chance to have a trial run at Hyrox, you will complete all 8 x 1k runs on a treadmill and all 8 functional stations in the exact order. You can book in as a solo or as a double where you share the functional station work between you. You can also sign up for a half Hyrox where you complete 500m runs instead of 1k runs. Hyrox Simulation

Release some stress and have some fun in this energetic class built around the training methods used by boxers. This is a total-body workout, great for burning calories as well as building up your stamina and core strength. You will combine cardio and functional exercises whilst learning different boxing combinations, improving your confidence and co-ordination. With lots of paired exercises, this can be a great class to meet some fellow gym goers.

Explore the fundamental principles of improving flexibility and mobility for overall well-being. This session aims to equip you with the knowledge and techniques to enhance your range of motion and joint function.  Flexibility and mobility are crucial components of a well-rounded fitness routine. Regular practice of these techniques not only enhances physical performance but also contributes to overall health and injury prevention.


SGT-Flexibility and Mobility

Wouldn't it be great if you could just click your fingers and 'hey presto!' - you've the leaner legs, toned tummy and the pert bum you've always dreamed about. Unfortunately, nothing's ever that easy, but this class is a great place to start! Get ready to squat, lunge, crunch and lift as you burn some calories and tone the key areas of your lower body.

Legs, Bums & Tums

This small group training (SGT) session incorporates the best of bodyweight exercises and a range of equipment. Experience a comprehensive full-body workout incorporating bodyweight movements such as squats, lunges, and push-ups, seamlessly integrated with dumbbell exercises like rows, presses, and curls. Some sessions will also utilise other functional kit, such as resistance bands, stability balls, and kettlebells, to add variety and challenge to each exercise.  Our session will help improve your functional strength, joint stability, balance and core strength.


SGT-Functional Conditioning

Our HIIT class is a total body, heart pumping, 'robic, strength and conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind.

HIIT

A strong core is not just about getting that six-pack of your dreams, it is the foundation for good posture, stability and balance and will help you improve your performance across a range of exercises and sports.  This is an efficient and effective exercise class, providing an intense workout to your abs and lower-back muscles. There is no time to rest as we work your core from multiple angles, building up to that awesome abs burn. You'll work muscles you never knew you had! 

Abs Blast 

Who says going to the gym shouldn't be fun? This feel-good workout combines Latin rhythms and chart hits with easy-to-follow dance moves that everyone can do. And while you're busy having a blast, you'll be burning fat, toning your tum and improving your flexibility. So if you're ready for a cha cha change, dance right this way.

Zumba

This class blends stretching, strengthening postures, mobility and breathwork to help reduce stress, decrease injury and improve your flexibility.

Flexi-stretch

Alternating between fast-paced cardio and then strength exercises, this military-style interval workout is tough, but great fun too. Feel the energy in the room as you all push forward together towards the finish line. The combination of upper and lower body exercises, strength and cardio, will send your heart rate sky-high so you burn through calories. This class will help everyone improve their fitness levels, no matter their starting point or destination. 

Bootcamp

Here's a class that's designed to deliver all-round benefits, from head to toe. This whole-body workout combines cardio exercises to boost fitness levels with focused resistance training to help you trim down and tone up. You don't have to be a fitness fanatic to take part, every exercise can be adapted to your level. This is a complimentary workout to all fitness goals, conditioning your body for all exercise-types and sports.

HYROX has carefully selected 8 functional movement exercises in combination with running that will work every part of the body and your different energy systems. Although HYROX races are always comprised of these same exercises, the HYROX training methodology will introduce various bodyweight and equipment exercises that will prepare you for your HYROX and will ensure a varied, dynamic and safe training routine.

If pounding the treadmill or lifting weights isn't for you, Pilates could be. It's a sequence of stretches and strengthening postures to improve balance and flexibility and boost energy levels. It also gives you heightened body awareness, what we call your 'mind body connection'. But don't let that fool you into thinking it's easy. It might look gentle, but the results are 100" high impact.
