Join our gym group games fundraiser in support of NHS Charities Together. This is your chance to have a trial run at Hyrox, you will complete all 8 x 1k runs on a treadmill and all 8 functional stations in the exact order. You can book in as a solo or as a double where you share the functional station work between you. You can also sign up for a half Hyrox where you complete 500m runs instead of 1k runs. This small group training (SGT) session will showcase the versatility of dumbbells in allowing you to target various muscle groups through a range of movements.
