Wouldn't it be great if you could just click your fingers and 'hey presto!' - you've the leaner legs, toned tummy and the pert bum you've always dreamed about. Unfortunately, nothing's ever that easy, but this class is a great place to start! Get ready to squat, lunge, crunch and lift as you burn some calories and tone the key areas of your lower body.

Our HIIT class is a total body, heart pumping, 'robic, strength and conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind.

HYROX has carefully selected 8 functional movement exercises in combination with running that will work every part of the body and your different energy systems. Although HYROX races are always comprised of these same exercises, the HYROX training methodology will introduce various bodyweight and equipment exercises that will prepare you for your HYROX and will ensure a varied, dynamic and safe training routine.

Pump to the beat in this fun barbell class designed to help you burn fat, gain strength and tone your body. You will build confidence using a barbell and learn a range of key exercises that you can use outside the class as well. Fit Pump combines low weights with high repetition movements, building your muscular endurance. Suitable for all abilities, you will see your progression from week to week.

Fit Pump

This small group training (SGT) session allows you to experience compound exercises using our fixed resistance machines. Move through a sequence that includes exercises such as leg press, chest press, lat pulldown, and seated row. These compound movements are carefully selected to maximise efficiency and work multiple muscle groups simultaneously, enabling a comprehensive and time-effective workout.  Learn the value of adding compound movements to your workout.


SGT-Machine based Circuits compound 

Never tried Yoga before? This class is the perfect introduction. You'll bend and stretch through a series of exercises that will help revitalise your mind and body. Improve the flexibility in your joints and muscles and enjoy some time to re-focus your mind. See your confidence and mobility improving from week to week

Fit Balance

Fire up your body in this total-body circuits class. Combine strength, cardio and functional movements as you move through a circuit of high-intensity exercises. Short rest periods allow you to quickly catch your breath before we go again. This is a simple, effective workout that will build up your exercise library and enable you to challenge yourself from week to week.

Our Kettlebell small group training (SGT) session is designed to maximise the unique benefits of kettlebell exercises, promoting overall strength, flexibility, and functional movement. Engage in a series of dynamic movements, including kettlebell swings, goblet squats and kettlebell presses, each chosen for its ability to enhance stability, mobility, and full-body coordination. 


SGT-Funtional-Kettlebells

Release some stress and have some fun in this energetic class built around the training methods used by boxers. This is a total-body workout, great for burning calories as well as building up your stamina and core strength. You will combine cardio and functional exercises whilst learning different boxing combinations, improving your confidence and co-ordination. With lots of paired exercises, this can be a great class to meet some fellow gym goers. 

Fit Box

Alternating between fast-paced cardio and then strength exercises, this military-style interval workout is tough, but great fun too. Feel the energy in the room as you all push forward together towards the finish line. The combination of upper and lower body exercises, strength and cardio, will send your heart rate sky-high so you burn through calories. This class will help everyone improve their fitness levels, no matter their starting point or destination. 

Bootcamp

This small group training (SGT) session introduces techniques such as pyramid sets, drop sets, and supersets to elevate your workout and accelerate your results.  Experience pyramid sets, gradually increasing the resistance and intensity. Implement drop sets, reducing weight to extend the set. Understand supersets, pairing complementary exercises for continuous challenge. This combination ensures a challenging and progressive workout that pushes your limits whilst promoting strength, balance and improved mobility.

Fit Box Circuits is a fast-paced and high intensity class based on the training methods used by boxers. Our trainer will educate you about how incorporating a variety of barbell exercises into a well-rounded workout routine can contribute significantly to achieving fitness goals.  As with any exercise, proper form and technique are crucial to maximise benefits and minimise the risk of injury.
